Policies Scheduling: At this time we only have a part-time receptionist. Timelines Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in procedure and to ensure your appointment will begin on time. *Late arrivals will receive a shortened service in order to not inconvenience the next guest. Appointment will still be at full cost.
Quiet Environment Please silence all devices when entering the office. As a courtesy to others maintain a low voice volume.
Children There is no child care provided. Please have alternative care for them, off sight, before arriving for your appointment. Generally appointments are reserved for guest 18 and older, however, if your child needs treatment, a parent must be present and services will be offered for 30 minutes.
Contraindications For your health and safety please consult your physician before receiving any service if you have the following: heart or circulatory conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy complications or any conditions you have concerns about. - Areas with fresh bruising or has an open/unhealed wounds, irritation/scabs will not be worked on. No chiropractic procedures will be performed nor will any vitamins/medications be given.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Please allow 24 hours for single appointments and 48 for multiple. Any guest that habitually reschedule, cancel or no-show appointments will lose online booking access and be subject to 50% non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.
Insurance If you need a receipt to submit for reimbursement of services, we will gladly email you an invoice.
Payment/Pricing We accept: cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and checks. ($25 fee will apply if check does not clear). We reserve the right to change our pricing and offers at any time without notice. Please make sure you always have updated information.
